  3. In the bowl, toss the dry wedges with olive oil until lightly coated.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle this seasoning mix over the oiled wedges and toss again until every wedge is evenly coated. The cornstarch helps achieve maximum crunch.
