Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (12 ounce) package peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Line your slow cooker with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. Add the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips to the slow cooker.
  3. Stir in the peanuts, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour, stirring every 15-20 minutes until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the prepared parchment paper and spread evenly.
  6. Let it cool completely at room temperature, then break into pieces.

Notes

  • For gifting, cut the cooled candy into bite-sized pieces and package in decorative tins or bags.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
