Make sweet, salty, and crunchy chocolate peanut clusters using your slow cooker. This minimal prep, no-bake candy is perfect for holiday gifts and parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (12 ounce) package peanut butter chips
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag roasted, salted peanuts
  • 1 (12 ounce) package vanilla almond bark, broken into pieces

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the inside of your small slow cooker or crockpot insert.
  2. Place the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and broken almond bark pieces into the slow cooker.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes until the mixture is completely melted and smooth. Do not cook on HIGH.
  4. Remove the slow cooker insert from the heat. Stir in the roasted, salted peanuts until they are fully coated in the melted chocolate mixture.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the candy mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or wax paper. Form them into small clusters.
  6. Allow the clusters to cool and set completely at room temperature, or place them in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to speed up the setting process.
  7. Store the finished crockpot peanut clusters in an airtight container.

Notes

  • For a sweeter candy, you can substitute the almond bark with white chocolate chips.
  • If you want a slightly different flavor, add 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter along with the chips in step 2.
  • You can add festive sprinkles on top of the clusters immediately after dropping them onto the parchment paper for holiday appeal.
