  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for crispier crust)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If using an air fryer, preheat to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the bagel halves cut-side up on a baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.
  3. If desired, lightly brush the cut edges of the bagels with olive oil for extra crispness.
  4. Spread about 1 to 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over the cut side of each bagel half.
