Make this simple, sparkling strawberry champagne punch for your next party or holiday gathering. It is refreshing and easy to prepare for a crowd.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle chilled Champagne or dry sparkling wine
  • 1 cup strawberry puree (from fresh or frozen strawberries)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice, chilled
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 liter lemon-lime soda or club soda, chilled
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries or mint sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberry puree ahead of time if using fresh strawberries. Combine strawberries in a blender until smooth.
  2. In a large punch bowl, combine the chilled Champagne, strawberry puree, orange juice, and simple syrup. Stir gently to mix the base liquids.
  3. Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda or club soda. Stir very lightly to keep the carbonation.
  4. Add the sliced fresh strawberries, raspberries, and mint sprigs to the punch bowl for garnish and flavor.
  5. Serve immediately in glasses filled with ice. This is a crowd-pleasing punch perfect for celebrations.

Notes

  • For an extra festive look, freeze some of the sliced strawberries into an ice ring to keep the punch cold without diluting the flavor.
  • If you want a pink champagne punch, use a pink sparkling wine or add a splash of cranberry juice.
  • You can make this a vodka champagne punch by adding 1 cup of vodka to the base mixture before adding the soda.
