  • 1 tablespoon butter, for the griddle
  • Optional toppings: Maple syrup, powdered sugar, fresh berries

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until fully combined. This creates your simple custard soak recipe.
  2. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt until it sizzles slightly.
