Make rich, creamy Oreo fudge using only five simple ingredients. This no-bake recipe sets quickly and is perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth or making homemade candy gifts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (about 14.3 ounces) Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup extra crushed Oreo cookies for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal. Lightly grease the paper.
  2. Place the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the mixture is completely smooth and melted. This usually takes 1 to 2 minutes total.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Gently fold in the 1 cup of crushed Oreo cookies until they are evenly distributed throughout the fudge base.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Spread it evenly with a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of crushed Oreos over the top. Gently press them into the fudge surface.
  7. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm enough to cut.
  8. Use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge from the pan. Cut the fudge into squares.

Notes

  • For the creamiest texture, use good quality white chocolate chips or chopped white baking chocolate.
  • If you prefer a 3-ingredient fudge, omit the vanilla extract.
  • Store your homemade Oreo treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
