Make rich, creamy Oreo fudge using only five simple ingredients. This no-bake recipe sets quickly and is perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth or making homemade candy gifts.
1/2 cup extra crushed Oreo cookies for topping (optional)
Instructions
Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal. Lightly grease the paper.
Place the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the mixture is completely smooth and melted. This usually takes 1 to 2 minutes total.
Stir in the vanilla extract until combined.
Gently fold in the 1 cup of crushed Oreo cookies until they are evenly distributed throughout the fudge base.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Spread it evenly with a spatula.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of crushed Oreos over the top. Gently press them into the fudge surface.
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm enough to cut.
Use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge from the pan. Cut the fudge into squares.
Notes
For the creamiest texture, use good quality white chocolate chips or chopped white baking chocolate.
If you prefer a 3-ingredient fudge, omit the vanilla extract.
Store your homemade Oreo treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
