Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles
1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until the beef is fully browned. Drain off any excess grease.
Stir the Worcestershire sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped pickles into the cooked ground beef mixture. Remove from heat.
Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface. Separate the dough into 8 triangles.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle.
Roll each triangle up tightly, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the point. Place the rollups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley to make the garlic butter.
Brush the tops of the rollups generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
You can substitute ground turkey or ground chuck for the ground beef.
For extra flavor, add 1/2 teaspoon of mustard powder to the beef mixture.
Serve these rollups with extra ketchup or mustard for dipping.
