1 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons nut butter (peanut or almond)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine protein powder, almond flour, and salt.
Add sugar-free maple syrup, almond milk, nut butter, and vanilla extract.
Mix until a thick dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a little more almond milk, one teaspoon at a time. If it’s too wet, add a little more protein powder or almond flour.
Stir in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
Portion into 4 servings.
