2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey

Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the chicken is evenly coated.
Add the chopped celery, apple, and nuts (if using). Mix gently.
