  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread chicken on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. While chicken bakes, whisk together hot honey, soy sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl.
  5. Once chicken is cooked, toss it with the hot honey mixture until evenly coated.
  6. Assemble your bowls by dividing the cooked quinoa, steamed broccoli, and shredded carrots among them.
  7. Top with the glazed chicken.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds.
