A creamy, baked jalapeño popper dip with bacon, perfect for game day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 12 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, and garlic powder.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish (an 8×8 inch dish works well).
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dippers like tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, leave some of the jalapeño seeds in.
  • If you prefer a smoother dip, you can blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise together before adding the other ingredients.
  • This dip can also be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
