An easy oven-finished pork tenderloin with a sweet and tangy maple Dijon glaze, perfect for weeknights or holidays.

  • 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt.
  4. Sear the pork tenderloin in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.
  5. Brush the maple mustard glaze evenly over the pork tenderloin.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  7. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 145°F (63°C).
  8. Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
