A quick and easy 90-second microwave mug cake packed with protein and flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Stir to mix.
  2. Add peanut butter and milk to the mug.
  3. Stir until well combined and no dry clumps remain.
  4. Microwave on high for 90 seconds, or until the cake is cooked through.
  5. Let cool slightly before enjoying.
