Instructions

  1. Combine feta cheese, pumpkin puree, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
  2. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. This may take 2-3 minutes.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  4. Swirl the top with a spoon and add your desired garnishes.
  5. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • For best results, use full-fat feta cheese.
  • The dip can be made up to 2 days in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving for easier spreading.
