Make this creamy, rich strawberry cheesecake dip in under 15 minutes. It requires no baking and tastes like classic cheesecake filling swirled with fresh strawberry flavor. This is the perfect sweet dip for parties or quick treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely diced, or 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • Graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit for dipping

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl. Beat them together with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and there are no lumps.
  2. Add the vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix briefly to combine.
  3. In a separate, clean bowl, whip the cold heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. This takes about 3 to 5 minutes with an electric mixer.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined. Do not overmix; you want to keep the mixture light and fluffy.
  5. If using fresh strawberries, gently fold them into the dip. If using jam, swirl the jam into the dip gently to create streaks of pink color.
  6. Transfer the strawberry cheesecake dip to a serving bowl.
  7. Chill the dip for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow it to set slightly.
  8. Serve immediately with graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit for dipping.

Notes

  • For a thicker dip, use cream cheese and powdered sugar only, omitting the heavy whipping cream.
  • If you need a quick strawberry flavor boost, use a high-quality strawberry jam instead of fresh fruit.
  • You can prepare this dip ahead of time and store it covered in the refrigerator for up to two days.
