1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
4 cups whole milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
Pour the sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk into the basin of a 4-quart or larger slow cooker.
Add the whole milk and both types of chocolate chips to the slow cooker.
